If all a person needed for learning was a mere book, we would have no need for schools and teachers. Just give students the books, let them read, and they would be educated. But it does not work that way.
IntelliBiz, publisher of the "Simple Man's Guide"® series realizes that no program can teach you everything, as each transaction is different. Therefore, we have arranged for unlimited coaching (teachers) available to our customers FREE (other programs charge $2,000-$45,000 or more for this option).
Your order will include one-on-one unlimited mentoring, and you will be assigned a personal real estate coach who is well-versed in real estate investing - a true, experienced professional. If you have questions, encounter problems or need assistance when putting together a transaction, just contact your real estate coach - contact protocol and guidelines are included with your program.
Please note that every transaction is different - no two sellers, no two properties are ever alike. Like snowflakes, even two identical homes built by the same builder will not be identical - one may have a steeper driveway, a better view or building flaws. And the sellers will be different - one may need to sell quickly, and accept a lower price, while the other is not motivated and wants top dollar. For these reasons, a real estate mentor is an absolute necessity for anyone other than a seasoned professional.
Having your own personal real estate coach can mean the difference between success and failure. Whenever learning something new, it helps to "hold someone's hand" until you get the hang of it and become more secure and confident in your own abilities.
NOTE: Our limited number of mentors are professional investors who volunteer their time and knowledge, and each can handle only a certain number of students. For this reason, once they are booked up, free mentoring will no longer be offered. However, once assigned a mentor, you will continue to have unlimited access unless and until you choose to quit the mentoring and opt out in writing.
