Your assigned mentor can answer your questions, help you determine the feasibility of a transaction, or assist you in putting together a transaction. Your mentor can walk you through every step. You may contact you assigned mentor at any time you choose, as often as you like.

Please note that every transaction is different - no two sellers, no two properties are ever alike. Like snowflakes, even two identical homes built by the same builder will not be identical - one may have a steeper driveway, a better view or building flaws. And the sellers will be different - one may need to sell quickly, and accept a lower price, while the other is not motivated and wants top dollar. For these reasons, a qualified, professional real estate mentor is an absolute necessity for anyone other than a seasoned professional.
