We are not professional seminar speakers, or infomercial gurus. We are actual real estate investors. More to the point, we do not make any money from offering this program - we earn our livings as investors, and this program is offered on a not-for-profit basis. Because the profit motive is removed, we can offer a complete program at low cost - no "back-end" products or services, or expensive add-ons to buy. You get it all, up front, at a very modest cost.
And because we are simply a private group of investors trying to help others learn how to do what we do, we are not a "business" as most people think of a business. No expensive corporate offices; no costly employee benefit packages; no horde of operators and 800 numbers. Just a group of experienced investors with the most complete program available, at cost. We are volunteers, each of whom contributes his/her time and personal resources to help others - and we have been helping others in this way since 1989, and without any problems, as attested to by A+ rating at the BBB and most legitimate "review" websites.
Why do we offer a complete program at cost? Frankly, our investor group collectively feel we have been blessed with great fortune. And it is our collective belief that we should "give a little something back" in return for all that we receive. So, in 1989 we chose this method of giving back. Been doing it ever since, and loving it! Moreover - as any good teacher can tell you - we learn as much from our students as they learn from us.
This is also why we provide a complete program - customers do not require as much mentoring when a program is complete and detailed. If we were to provide a vague program like the others, that would create a greater burden upon our volunteer mentors.
