Placing an order will result in an annual charge of $39.95 to maintain your account, beginning on your one year first day of the anniversary month and continuing for as long as you need it, or until you choose to opt out. For full details on the fee and opt-out instructions, please visit www.intellibiz.com/terms.html, or read below. Your credit card statement will show a charge by IntelliBiz. By submitting an order, you hereby authorize IntelliBiz to debit your account for the cost of the program you have purchased and any annual fee described herein.

GUARANTEE: Intellibiz offers a lifetime guarantee - use the program for a year or even more (there is no limit on how many years you may use use the program & still request a refund of the purchase price - this is a Lifetime Guarantee). If you should then decide that it has not performed as well as you had wanted, simply request a full refund of the actual purchase price. No need to return the program - it is yours to keep even if you choose a refund.

PRIVACY POLICY: IntelliBiz will never sell, give out, trade or otherwise transfer any personal information from any visitor or customer. Your complete privacy is assured.

Mentor contact info and mentoring guidelines are included with your program. The free mentoring is a priviledge, not a right. Inflammatory, abusive or insulting emails will result in loss of mentor priviledges. We reserve the right to rescind coaching priviledges for any spam, improper language, content or conduct, with no full or partial refund given. No exceptions. The mentors and staff are unpaid volunteers, and as such they are deserving of respect. The coaches are not employed by, nor are they agents of IntelliBiz - they act strictly independently of IntelliBiz. They will respond as quickly as they can, usually within minutes or hours. Actual response times may vary, but each mentor will make every effort to respond in a timely manner, whenever possible, technical difficulties and acts of God notwithstanding.

Installment Agreement (applies only to the Interactive and The Works! versions - does not apply to the Complete version): because IntelliBiz operates as a non-profit, the ongoing costs incurred for setting up and maintaining your account must be billed separately from the cost of the program. This means an OPTIONAL annual account maintenance fee of $39.95 will be charged to your account beginning on the first day of the anniversary month of your anniversary of , and charged each 12 months thereafter, on your purchase anniversary, or until you choose to opt out. You may opt out of the annual account fee at any time provided any request to cancel or opt out of this program is made in writing via email, and you must keep a dated copy in the event of dispute. If you do not opt out in writing, and/or you do not keep a dated copy of your request to opt out, you forfeit any and all right to contest or dispute the monthly charges to your card. If you choose not to opt out, and the end of this installment contract is reached, IntelliBiz shall continue billing on an annual basis (no contract) until such time as the customer shall decide he/she no longer requires the services and chooses to opt out in writing (via email), as we do not want to arbitrarily close your account without your consent. Unfortunately, these fees are necessary, as IntelliBiz makes no profit from sales from which we can pay these ongoing expenses. By making the fee optional, only those who will be using the ongoing services would have to pay for them, which is only fair. By submitting your order, you authorize the annual charge unless you choose to opt out using the "opt out" instructions included herein.

To remain eligible for the many ongoing services (updates, replacement disks, your own webpage, contests etc.), do nothing. To opt out, simply email us with OPT OUT in the subject line and your name and address in the body of the email. Once your OPT OUT request is received, your account will immediately be closed and nothing further will ever be charged to you. Please note, however, that clients who choose to close their accounts may not expect the same level of expediency in mentor response. Mentors service open accounts first. All others will be handled as quickly as possible thereafter. Any client who opts out, or is notified that their credit card was declined, will have three days to opt back in. If card was declined, a new card must be submitted via a secure online form provided for that purpose. IntelliBiz encourages all of our valued clients to keep their account open, so everyone can benefit.

You must retain dated copies of any and all emails or written correspondence with IntelliBiz and/or your assigned mentor, in the event of a dispute as to services. If you fail to keep copies, you forfeit any and all rights to dispute the charges or make claims that services were requested and not provided.

NO CANCELATIONS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. Because the materials are downloaded to your computer and cannot be retrieved, IntelliBiz will not grant any cancelations of orders.

Refund Policy: refunds are granted, no questions asked, only in accordance with the terms of the guarantee, Intellibiz shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any refunds except those that are in accordance with the guarantee. Packages that are returned without merchant authorization: if returned with postage due, the sender authorizes IntelliBiz to bill their credit card for the amount of the postage due.

PLEASE KEEP A COPY of your purchase order or invoice number - if you ever wish to obtain free replacement CD's, you will need to provide proof of purchase.

In the event of any dispute, the customer is obligated to first try to arrange a settlement of the dispute with the company via email (to provide a written copy) prior to attempting any chargeback through their card or lender.

Use of the program for purposes of obtaining a refund shall include using the materials and using the mentoring at least once per month.
