IntelliBiz is proud to say that in all its years on the Internet (one of the first 500 commercial websites in 1991), we have kept all visitor and customer information absolutely confidential. And we will not change that policy.
Any and all information that you may provide either as a visitor, purchaser or mentoring client shall remain confidential, and will never be sold, traded or otherwise made available to any third party, with but two exceptions:
1) if any law enforcement agency within the United States shall
require any such information, and has a court order to obtain it, only then
would it be given out, and only to that agency.
2) We have contracted with YAHOO! services, Inc. (YAHOO!) to monitor
certain pages of our Web site for the purpose of reporting web traffic,
statistics, advertisement 'click-throughs', and/or other activities on our
site. Where authorized by us, YAHOO! may use cookies, Web beacons, and/or
other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous statistics on our
Web site visitors. No personally identifiable data is collected by or
transferred to Yahoo.
This is how we have always handled the issue of privacy, and that will not change.
