I wanted to share with you a success story.

I started marketing by mailing out letters. Well, an out-of-town personal representative of an estate called me last week. We met and I wrote him a contract that very evening of our appointment. I gave him 24 hours to accept and he accepted it! I couldn't believe it. When all fix-ups are done, I will have $30k to $40k in free equity in MY FIRST DEAL! I could then sell it and cash out or use it for cash flow through leasing...
