Ron LeGrand: We have been in contact with Ron LeGrand and he states he did make a lot of
money in real estate, and further declares he continues to do so. Of that we
have no doubt - he is one of the "true investors", and not simply someone trying to cash in on the real estate train.
Though earlier in
his career Ron LeGrand touted real estate, he, too (like Robert Allen), now appears
to be primarily in the information and internet marketing business.
We have been unable to locate many Ron Legrand success stories, though we are sure there must be some.
At $600 a pop, books by Ron LeGrand seem rather expensive.
For the most part, Ron Legrand seems to be one of the more
reputable people in the business. But the cost of his help is still quite
high - much higher than necessary. Especially when you realize the price does not include
coaching.
If you are truly interested in really learning how to make money
in real estate, pay under $70 and receive the benefit of free, unlimited coaching,
"The Simple Man's Guide to Real
Estate"®, is worth considering. Written by Bill Vaughn, the man who developed most modern "flipping" strategies in the '70's, and who originated the
"reverse mortgage" in 1988 (which has since been adopted by many banks),
the program is comprehensive, simple and their personal coaches are actual, practicing
investors who volunteer (it's free) on a not-for-profit basis to help others. It is the
only low cost program found that provides free, unlimited coaching from actual
investors. And their instant download (full version) allows you to start
immediately.
Of special note: IntelliBiz, publisher of "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate" has a good
record at the BBB. This program is worth a look!
