Welcome
There is so much hype; so many
infomercials. It can be difficult to know if there is enough truth and
credibility behind the hype to make it worthwhile to invest in a real estate program.
And that is why we put together this website. Here's "the rest of the
story" about those "infomercial gurus" - the things
John Beck, Robert Allen, John Alexander, Dalbey, Whitney etc. are not telling you. And, while
we attempt to find and report the good as well as the bad (and in some cases there is a lot of "good" to report), it is sad to say
that in several cases, the "good" just
isn't there to be found. It comes as no surprise to discover that at least half of these "Top 10"
real estate courses are complete scams.

When finished checking out these
gurus, please check out the most effective real estate
program available: "The Simple
Man's Guide to Real Estate", as seen on Fox News and Forbes.com.
The highest success rate among students (read some documented success stories), it is the only program offered by a
non-profit so they can provide the most complete course, with free
coaching, all for under $70. It is also the only program
that guarantees you will earn at least $100,000 your
first year or DOUBLE your money back, no questions asked. And, they have a good, solid
track record with the Better Business Bureau. Best of all, it is the only program
that has no expensive "add-ons", back-end offers, hidden charges or monthly fees. Be cautious about who you trust for information. Check with the BBB if you have concerns about any company
or individual
