the BEST time to begin...
It is true that the best time to seek out, inspect and buy properties is usually in the spring and summer. This is because properties are easier to view and inspect, and most families buy and sell during this period. Let's face it - would you want to have the hassle of moving during the winter holidays? However... it takes a little time to learn everything, make initial contacts, and practice putting deals together with your mentor. By starting in the fall & winter, you will be fully ready before spring swings around.
Your mentor is available to you for as long as you need him/her - we never cut anyone off if they need us. To date, only a few have needed more than 6 months.
So, if you truly want to become a wise investor, you must first be wise enough to get started with learning. We are here to guide you, either through "practice" deals, or through the real transactions.
